The Sysadmin For Hire service is being created to assist small business owners to backup and maintain their websites and provide a friendly, helping hand when your website needs help. We can take care of the day to day tasks such as adding or removing email mailboxes, adding or removing domains, installing software such as Wordpress blogs, helpdesk software and affiliate marketing tools.

Right now this service is in a ‘pre-launch’ stage. We’re gathering information on how people can make best use of our service and which services are important to you and other online small business owners. Rather than being just a technical service, we intend to develop an online community where we provide help ‘at the coal face’ whilst our subscribers can also help each other through our own and other community forums.

Besides a general technical and how-to service, some of the additional features will be:

• Web based software that is included in the ‘Fantastico’ utility that is provided with CPanel will be installed free as it is included in the monthly fee. Other web based software applications will be installed for the one low fee of $10.
• A forum will be provided and we also provide a helpdesk where you can submit ‘how do I’ and technical questions or issues. Most issues such as page errors or general problems with your web site are covered by the monthly fee. If you have a particularly complicated site which requires specialised attention then we’ll let you know of any additional costs before we go ahead and fix the problem(s).

Above all, our aim is to remove any frustration and provide a friendly helping hand with any issues that you are having or alterations you need to make to your website.
